Before you book your rooms, it is recommended to create a Sandals Select Rewards account to receive exclusive benefits. The link to join is listed on this website below.
There are three deposit options. Deposits are per each room booked, not per person.
· $400 full deposit (per room)
· $98 deposit (balance of $302 will be charged to card 3 weeks later)
· $0 down 7-day hold - 7 days includes weekends, not business days
** $0 down 7-day hold - If the 7th day falls on a Saturday or Sunday, a $98 deposit to continue to hold the booking must be paid the Friday before. If a $98 deposit is made to continue the booking, $302 will be charged to the card 3 weeks later. You will receive an email reminder before the final deposit payment is applied.
Deposits are refundable 61 days or more prior to check in.
Final trip payment must be received by Friday, June 6, 2025.
Please do not book on the Beaches website. If you book directly with Beaches you will not be eligible for Group perks.

After you have decided on your room, email the information below to both travel advisors listed in the "Contacts" section on this website. By emailing both, if one person is unavailable, the other will be able to assist. You can also give them a call.

Please indicate if you are military, law enforcement or firefighter. There may be discounts available to you based on when you travel. This is not a guarantee.
After your information has been received, you will be given a quote for your selected accommodations. The travel advisor will research promos/discounts available to you. This quote does not include flights. Please book air travel directly with your preferred airline. Your room will be held for $0 down for 7 days.
Next Steps
After your room selection has been confirmed its available, you will receive an email from a travel advisor with a link to your client portal. You do not have to access the portal until you are ready to pay your deposit before the 7 day hold expires.
You will access your portal to complete any additional information needed when you are ready to pay your deposit in full or the $98. Please indicate in the note section the amount you want charged to your card. Either the full $400 or $98.
You can make future payments towards your trip after your full initial room deposit of $400 is paid. Payments can made through your Sandals Select Rewards app; or a travel advisor can apply payments for you with your preferred credit card.
There will also be an option listed on the portal to purchase travel insurance at the time of the deposit payment. You have the option to decline insurance at that time. You can add insurance later before final trip payment is made. The full amount of the travel insurance cost will be due at the time of purchase and is non-refundable.
IMPORTANT: If you do not receive an email response from a travel advisor within 24 hrs. please check your email junk mail folder. If the email was routed to your junk mail, please add the email address to your safe list to ensure you receive future emails. If you did not receive an email, please give them a call.
Travel can be unpredictable. It is recommended and encouraged to purchase the travel insurance option to ensure that you're protected. The travel insurance offered by the resort does not include flight travel insurance. Flight travel insurance must be purchased through the airlines you book with; or your flight may be covered with the credit card you use to book your ticket.
IMPORTANT - Travel insurance must be purchased before final payment is made on any room booking. If not, travel insurance will not be available to you. Travel protection is an additional $120 per person and is due in full at time of purchase and non-refundable. Please speak with a travel advisor before making any final payments to add travel protection.
IMPORTANT: After your flight is booked, please provide your flight information to a travel advisor to have transportation to and from the airport scheduled.
As a reminder, your passport must be valid for a minimum of 6 months after your arrival in Turks and Caicos. This is to assure your passport is valid to return to the states. Passports are required for children also no matter the age.

Below are included travel advisor personal concierge services available to you.
No. Your cost includes resort accommodations and any other items you may add. It is recommended to book flights on your own. Booking directly with an airline vs a third party can be more cost effective and allows you the ability to handle flight bookings directly with the airline if changes need to be made.
No, the rate would be less.
Rates go by the number of people in the suite. If a group would like rates for a specific suite room category, please provide the travel advisor with the number of adults and the number of children. Ages of the children must be provided for accurate pricing. Children ages 0-17. Please indicate if you are military, law enforcement or firefighter for possible promotions.
Subject to availability of the room, you can make any changes up until 61 days prior to check in.
Downgrades without penalty must be done 61 days or more prior to check in. Upgrades can be made at any time subject to availability.
Any other changes or downgrades 61 days or less before check in is subject to a $200 per person change.
Yes. Round trip transportation to/from the airport is included. Once your flight is booked, please provide your flight information to the travel advisor to provide to the resort to schedule your shuttle.
No. It costs you nothing extra. Travel Advisors are paid directly by the vendor after your travel. The concierge services you receive are free to you and is an additional perk to you allowing a smoother travel planning process. Also, if you book directly with the resort, no one will notify you if you are eligible for a discount, special inclusion or promotion. My travel advisor monitors this for you.
